Cancellation Policy

Advance Cancellations (72+ Hours): You may cancel your registration and receive a refund if submitted online or by calling 210-449-3888 at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled class start time. (Please note: Fees for issued digital keys, online modules, or blended-learning materials remain strictly non-refundable). Late Cancellations (Under 72 Hours): Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy Advance Notice (24+ Hours): If you need to change your class date, you must notify On The Mark CPR at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Reschedule requests are subject to seat availability and are granted at the sole discretion of On The Mark CPR. Late Notice & No-Shows (Under 24 Hours): Failure to attend your scheduled session (no-show), being denied entry due to late arrival, or requesting a reschedule within 24 hours of the class will result in the forfeiture of your registration fee. Re-enrollment and full payment will be required to attend a future session. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Administrative Fees By completing your registration, you agree to these booking, cancellation, and attendance terms. Initiating an unauthorized credit card dispute or filing a fraudulent chargeback after booking, receiving access to digital course materials, or attending a course is a direct breach of this agreement. If an invalid or fraudulent chargeback/dispute is filed, the account holder will be assessed a $35 to $50 administrative chargeback fee (or specify your exact fee) in addition to the original transaction balance and any associated collection or legal expenses. Any issued AHA certification cards associated with an unresolved or disputed payment will be immediately suspended and reported to the AHA Training Center until the balance is settled in full.
